Caracas, 6 de Septiembre. «Los candidatos del PSUV estamos apoyados en una poderosa base que es el Poder Popular», así lo manifestó el candidato Jorge Rodríguez, en la mañana de este sábado desde El Calvario, donde se llevo a cabo un encuentro de voceros y voceras del los consejos comunales del Municipio Bolivariano Libertador.
A la cita asistieron Aristóbulo Istúriz y Jorge Rodríguez, candidatos a las Alcaldía Mayor y Libertador respectivamente, acompañados por la Ministra del Poder Popular para la Participación y Protección Social Érika Farías.
Jorge Rodríguez afirmó que ya están establecidos los 31 comandos sectoriales que definirán los programas locales de gobierno, al mismo tiempo que señaló que estos programas serán los que regirán las gestiones de los próximos alcaldes socialistas.
Por su parte Aristóbulo Istúriz hizo un reconocimiento a las organizaciones sociales enfatizando que «una de las tareas que existe es la consolidación del poder popular, donde hemos avanzado mucho. No es la creación porque existen ejemplos concretos cómo los CTU, Mesas Técnicas de Agua, Consejos Comunales que demuestran la organización revolucionaria».

it depends. i live on the east coast but i know that here if ur under 18 and get a spedeing ticket you have to go to a court date and u may get the ticket revoked if its your first offense but u might have to go to driving school (not that bad its on a saturday and you go and its just boring and time consuming). If you do have to pay it, pay it on time it shouldnt be that expensive .i would say no more than $ 150. but if you were going 42 in a 25 it might be considered reckless depending on whether your state considers reckless to be 15 over or 20 over.
