Caracas, 07 de abril de 2017.- “En Venezuela hay una agresión brutal y sostenida en contra de todo el pueblo” así lo expresó Jorge Rodríguez, Jefe del Estado Mayor de Gobierno de Caracas, este viernes durante el programa “Con Amorín”, que difunde Venezolana de Televisión.
Demostró cómo aplican las cinco fases que ejecuta la derecha nacional e internacional mediante el “Golpe Suave”, elaborado por Gene Sharp, ideólogo estadounidense que impulsa golpes de estados. “Lo que ellos promueven es el derrocamiento del Gobierno democrático para instaurar cualquier forma de violencia y hacerse del poder”.
“Hay infinidad de testimonios, donde señalan que necesitan un muerto, que necesitan que la situación de desestabilización lleve a un nivel que les permita una injerencia” refiriéndose a los más de 100 financistas que orquestan el plan desde el extranjero.
Recordó que “un elemento fundamental de un Estado es la soberanía y uno ve como estos sectores de la dirigencia de la derecha, con el mayor desparpajo, siguen a un señor llamado Gene Sharp”.
Manual de Golpes
El texto está dividido en cinco fases y revela las acciones que deben realizar los grupos extremistas, para desestabilizar una nación. La primera fase emplaza a la “promoción de acciones no violentas y clima de malestar en la sociedad, mediante intrigas y divulgación de falsos rumores”. La segunda fase se disfraza en una supuesta “libertad de prensa y derechos humanos” donde se califica de “totalitarismo al Gobierno que esté en el poder”.
La tercera fase plantea la “manipulación del colectivo mediante protestas violentas”. La cuarta fase impulsa la “guerra psicológica y desestabilización”, y la quinta y última fase establece “forzar la renuncia del Presidente de turno con presión de calle”.
El diálogo es la opción
Rodríguez resaltó que el Gobierno Bolivariano y la derecha venezolana se reunieron a puerta cerrada en tres oportunidades durante el mes de marzo, como parte del Diálogo de Paz, sin embargo aclaró que estos encuentros no resultaron fructíferos debido a la injerencia continua del Secretario General de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA), Luis Almagro.
El Jefe del Estado Mayor envió un mensaje al pueblo opositor que aún cree en sus dirigentes “no se permitan ser carne de cañón para agredir la democracia venezolana; Venezuela tiene una de las democracias más solidas del continente”.
Destacó que “la presencia permanente del pueblo en la calle ha permitido la detención de esta brutal agresión”.
