Caracas, 11 de febrero de 2017.- El Jefe de la Delegación del Gobierno Bolivariano ante la Mesa de Diálogo de Paz, Jorge Rodríguez, informó a través de su cuenta oficial en Twitter @jorgerpsuv, que el día de ayer sostuvo un encuentro con René Mauricio Dorfler Ocampo, Director de Asuntos Políticos y Defensa de la Unión de Naciones Suramericanas, Unasur, a quien hizo entrega de un documento para seguir avanzando en el proceso de Diálogo de Paz en Venezuela.
El tuit expresa: “Ayer entregamos a Mauricio Dorfler, de la Secretaria de Unasur, documento de respuesta al que presentaran Pdtes. acompañantes. Diálogo y Paz.
En el encuentro Rodríguez hizo entrega formal del documento que presentó al país el pasado lunes 6 de febrero en el que el Gobierno del Presidente Nicolás Maduro, mantiene su compromiso en el trabajo que se ha desarrollado en la Mesa de Diálogo, así como su propuesta a dirimir con la oposición los asuntos que les compete por la vía del encuentro pacífico y el respeto a la Constitución.
Unasur junto a los ex presidentes José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, Leonel Fernández y Martin Torrijos, y un enviado especial del Papa Francisco, se mantienen activos como acompañantes del proceso de diálogo en Venezuela y han manifestado su disposición a mantenerse en lo que denominaron “una segunda fase del diálogo” en nuestro país.
