Caracas, 23 de febrero de 2014.- Con las famosas canciones como: Caballo Viejo, Mercedes, Sabana, la agrupación encabezada por Gerardo Valentín y su grupo, rindió homenaje al Maestro de la música criolla Simón Díaz en plaza Venezuela, donde los transeúntes pudieron apreciar el concierto denominado “Caracas territorio de Paz”.
Canchas de básquet, pin pon, maquina de bateo, música y recreación fueron parte de los atractivos que se pudieron disfrutar en la zona, desde los más chiquitos de la casa hasta los adultos mayores se dieron cita en este encuentro.
Frange Obispo, joven del estado Vargas, comprometido con el proceso revolucionario, expresó que “me parece dinámico lo que está haciendo el Gobierno Revolucionario, le hago un llamado a los grupos que de alguna u otra están fomentando el llamando a la violencia, para que se unan a nosotros, a la paz en Venezuela, vengan a la plazas y disfruten los conciertos”.
“Esto es un llamado a la juventud, estos tipos de actividades que hace la Alcaldía de Caracas y el Gobierno Nacional son maravillosas, porque nos incluye a todos por igual, a los jóvenes fascistas dejen de cuidar los interés internacionales, preocúpense por Venezuela que tanto nos necesita,” reseñó Lusmely Perdomo, estudiante.
