Y enmarcado en esas políticas de amor y felicidad, el día de hoy el Patio de Los Leones del despacho de la Alcaldía de Caracas se puso su traje navideño para obsequiar juguetes y regalos, no bélicos, a niños de distintas parroquias capitalinas, buscando fomentar la creatividad y la diversión sana en estos pequeños que son el futuro de Caracas y de Venezuela.
Ya son 5000 juguetes que se han entregado durante estas navidades e igual número de bicicletas entregadas para el disfrute de pequeñas y pequeños, según hizo saber el concejal Eliecer Otaiza, presidente del Consejo Municipal de la ciudad, quien entregó los regalos navideños a más cien niños que asistieron al Patio de lo Los Leones.
Igualmente, Otaiza invitó a que el colectivo se acercara mañana a los 5 circuitos del Caracas Rueda Libre para que, a partir de las 10 de la mañana, disfruten de la gran cantidad de opciones deportivas, culturales y recreativas que se le ofrecerá a los habitantes de la ciudad capital.
Andrés Aponte, habitante de la parroquia La Candelaria, reflexionó “me parece genial que el Alcalde haya tomado esta iniciativa, de verdad que ha demostrado que siente un profundo amor por la ciudad de Caracas, llevando a cabo por ejemplo esta actividad de entrega de regalos a los niños, dando un preámbulo de lo que va a ser este nuevo período de gobierno y a él le digo que cuenta con nosotros, con todos los caraqueños que vamos dispuestos a colaborar también para que Caracas sea cada vez mejor”.
Hoy más que nunca, Caracas se pone su traje navideño y disfrutara en familia en su casa, en las plazas o en los parques recuperados por la Alcaldía de Caracas, y recibirá a un Niño Jesus lleno de amor y felicidad.
