El Alcalde de Caracas, Jorge Rodríguez, inauguró el día de hoy en La Yaguara la moderna fábrica Tecno Hábitat, la cual cuenta con tecnología 100% italiana y tiene como principal función la realización de paneles de polímeros expandidos (de nombre Mdue) que sirven para todos los tipos de obras y que serán usados, principalmente, para atender la demanda de las misiones Vivienda Venezuela y Barrio Nuevo, Barrio Tricolor.
Tecno Hábitat está ubicada en lo que antes se conocía como la Zona Industrial de La Yaguara y fue creada en el año 2011 por iniciativa del Alcalde de Caracas y la Jefa de Gobierno del Distrito Capital, contando con más de 50 mil Bs. de inversión.
Rodríguez indicó que la producción da para construir 4 viviendas dignas diarias, 120 de manera mensual, satisfaciendo de este modo la demanda del pueblo caraqueño. Igualmente, manifestó que este material permite construir losas, paredes, techos y ventanas.
El Alcalde de Caracas dio a conocer como es el procesamiento de los Mdue y expresó que se inician en la máquina de precalentamiento, luego los polímeros expandidos pasan por la caldera expansora de materia prima, acto seguido, salen los bloques ya sodificados. Luego se hacen los distintos cortes, dependiendo del uso, a través del pantógrafo. El proceso finaliza con los bloques pasando por la paneladora, máquina donde se le da la forma requerida.
“Esta fábrica es de la Alcaldía del Municipio Bolivariano Libertador, el Gobierno del Distrito Capital y del pueblo de la parroquia Antímano” y agregó que Tecno Hábitat “es ecológica, produce una mejora para la población, permitirá el acceso rápido a los barrios, un costo bajo para la población y tendré el honor de firmar el primer bloque”, expresó ante la emoción y felicidad de los presentes.
