Este fin de semana se presenta en el recuperado Teatro Municipal de Caracas, la ópera “La Boheme”, mientras en la Asociación Cultural Humboldt se disfrutará del Festival Beethoven Urtext.
Caracas, 20 de febrero de 2013.- Una incomparable doble cartelera de presentaciones ofrece para este fin de semana la Orquesta Sinfónica Municipal de Caracas (OSMC), presentando este fin de semana junto a la Compañía de Ópera Maestro Primo Casale, el Teatro Teresa Carreño y la Fundación para la Cultura y las Artes (Fundarte), una de las óperas más aclamadas y representadas a nivel mundial: “La Boheme” de Giacomo Puccini en el marco del Festival de Teatro para Caracas 2013.
El escenario será el Teatro Municipal de Caracas, con dos funciones previstas para el sábado 23 y el domingo 24, a las 5 pm, teniendo como figuras principales a destacados exponentes del canto lírico venezolano como Mariana Ortiz, Robert Girón, Franklin De Lima, Giovanna Sportelli, Álvaro Carrillo, Roberto Leal, Blas Hernández, José Darío Cano y Paolo Hernández, además de los integrantes del Coro de Ópera Teresa Carreño, todos bajo la batuta del Director Artístico de la OSMC, Rodolfo Saglimbeni y la dirección de escena de Alexandra Pérez y Diego Puentes. Las entradas tendrán un valor de Bs 10 por función, disponibles en los stands ubicados en el Teatro Teresa Carreño y en la plaza Diego Ibarra.
Mientras la Asociación Cultural Humboldt seguirá albergando el exitoso Festival Beethoven Urtext, el domingo 24 a las 11am, ofreciendo en su cuarto concierto la interpretación de la Segunda Sinfonía, obra que coincidió con el famoso «Testamento de Heiligenstadt» del compositor, una carta no enviada en la cual Beethoven manifiesta pensamientos suicidas debido a su sordera en aumento, sin que ello afecte creaciones que siguen cargadas de vitalidad y humor. Estas presentaciones mantienen su costo de Bs. 20, a la venta en las taquillas de la Asociación.
